Yes, you can purchase our coffee at our store on Clifden main street, in the heart of Connemara. and some of our signature varieties may be stocked by local stores.  

Absolutely, our courier partners deliver Nationwide in Ireland. In light of Brexit, UK delivery are currently under review and orders from the UK may not be fulfilled.

Yes, we are happy to grind your beans to the recommended settings for your prefered brew method, just tell us in store how you want to make your coffee whether its a percolator, french press or even a Turkish coffee and we will grind accordingly. Our coffee is  packed in resealable high barrier, valved pouch for freshness 

Our signature teas are loose leaf tea, packed in resealable oxygen barrier valved bags

We do great coffee for espresso machines but we do not stock the machines themselves

Products purchased online can be returned for a full refund with proof of payment, any repayments will be made to original payment method. 

We endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible this is typically the next day Monday to Friday, however at busy times we may experience slight delays.

Don’t you just hate it when the package is delivered in a shocking condition, we certainly do. We recommend you refuse to accept it from the delivery agent. And let us know by email at as soon as possible, we will work with you to sort it out.


Sometimes you end up with a damaged or soggy package anyway! Our coffee and tea is sealed in robust packaging which is designed to ensure the coffee and tea is itself protected from moisture etc. so soggy packages while unsightly should be fine. However if you aren’t happy we understand and you can return the package for a full refund. Following the Returns procedures in this page.

Our returns policy for online purchases is simple. If you don’t want it, return it. We will give you a full refund or part refund depending on what your return. We won’t ask you why but would appreciate if, if you had any feedback which could help us improve our products and service.

You will need to include some proof of purchase, this isn’t to catch anyone out, this is simply so as we can identify you and you to process your refund and we can not do so without the proof of purchase.. You can include your purchase invoice, which will be emailed to you when the order is processed. or you can include a note, clearly indicating your order number, you order number can be found on email correspondence confirming your order alternatively you can locate your order number in your 12 Pins account dashboard.
